Aufgaben
Development and Technical Leadership: Contributing to the architecture and development of our platform to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable code for front-end and back-end systems.
Platform Development and Operations: Building and maintaining the underlying platform infrastructure to support scalability and reliability. Implementing and managing monitoring tools for observability, logging, and tracing to ensure high availability and performance of our systems.
Customer and Partner Engagement: Collaborating directly with customers and business partners to refine our product offerings, ensuring our solutions meet market demands and enhance user satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining high-quality standards through the use of test frameworks like Playwright to ensure the reliability and performance of our platform.
Innovation and Adaptation: Continuously researching and implementing new technologies that can enhance the functionality and efficiency of our platform.
Team Collaboration: Initially leading a mixed team of external engineers and transitioning gradually to an internal team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Qualifikation
Proven experience in software development with expertise in Python and TypeScript (knowledge of React is advantageous).
Strong knowledge of developing and managing technical solutions for financial services, ideally in the realm of green technologies or related industries.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS as well as familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach to development and design.
Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical actions.
Leadership experience, particularly in a startup or agile environment, with a proven track record in team leadership and product delivery.
