What is the job about?

We are seeking an experienced Manual Software Tester with a strong business analysis mindset to join our team. This is not just about testing functionality — it’s about understanding the business, identifying potential impacts across the system, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

In this role, you will go beyond surface-level testing. You will be responsible for learning the business domain, workflows, and logic to assess how changes affect the broader system. Your insights will help prevent ripple effects, ensuring that new features, bug fixes, and process changes make sense both functionally and numerically.

What will you do:

• Deeply understand the software, business logic, workflows, and dependencies to assess the full impact of changes.
• Assess the full impact of changes, ensuring numbers, logic, and workflows remain consistent while refining requirements, identifying edge cases, and optimizing test coverage in collaboration with business analysts and product owners.
• Own test cases, checklists, and regression strategies, proactively testing impacted areas, tracking defects, and working with developers and business stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze historical test data and defect patterns to identify recurring issues and potential architectural weaknesses, providing insights that may inform larger-scale improvements or system refactoring.
• Ensure that the user experience is intuitive testing for ease of use, clarity, and efficiency of workflows.
• Act as a quality advocate, providing input early in the development cycle and refining user stories for testability

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Manual Software Testing, Business Analysis, or related role.
• Strong ability to understand complex business logic, workflows, and system interactions.
• Experience creating structured test plans, cases, and checklists to ensure robust regression coverage.
• Proven ability to identify hidden dependencies, unintended side effects, and cross-functional impacts of software changes.
• Experience in UI/UX validation, ensuring changes enhance usability and reduce complexity.
• Familiarity with Jira and other test management tools.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
