To achieve this vision, we are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring efforts and build a high-performing team that will support our rapid growth.
We are a 100% remote company with a distributed team across Europe. In a fast-growing SaaS and start-up environment, hiring the right talent at the right time is critical. This role will be instrumental in defining and implementing scalable, efficient hiring processes, ensuring alignment between internal recruitment teams, external agencies, and the company's ambitious growth goals.
As a key member of the People & Talent team, you will work closely with the Head of HR and other senior leaders to shape and execute an innovative talent acquisition strategy that supports our company's rapid expansion.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute a Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives
Collaborate with key stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and build a scalable recruitment process
Continuously optimize hiring workflows to enhance efficiency, speed, and the candidate experience
Stay ahead of recruitment trends, leveraging data-driven insights to improve hiring success and retention
Proactively evaluate and refine hiring strategies to ensure a competitive advantage in attracting top talent
Team Development & Recruitment Execution
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, including internal recruiters and external agencies
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the talent acquisition function
Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth, efficient, and strategic hiring
Implement best-in-class hiring practices, including structured interviews, competency-based assessments, and diversity-driven recruitment strategies
Ensure all hires align with our company culture and values, maintaining a high technical bar
Hiring for Technical and High-Impact Roles
Build and refine hiring strategies specifically for technical roles in SaaS and start-up environments
Work closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to define selection criteria aligned with business needs
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline of high-caliber candidates for current and future hiring needs
Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing) for critical technical, leadership, and operational roles
Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting
Develop and present hiring reports and KPIs to provide visibility into recruitment progress, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Leverage analytics and hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and outcomes
Monitor hiring costs, efficiency, and time-to-fill, ensuring a balance between speed and quality
Operational Excellence & Employer Branding
Ensure recruitment processes are streamlined, scalable, and well-documented
Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen the company's position in the market
Oversee recruitment technologies, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), sourcing tools, and data analytics platforms
Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on scaling teams in SaaS, start-ups, or high-growth environments
Proven track record of hiring technical and leadership roles, with a deep understanding of the tech talent landscape
Experience leading recruitment teams and managing external recruitment agencies
Strong expertise in hiring strategies, employer branding, and data-driven recruitment approaches
Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and structured interview techniques
Experience working with remote teams and hiring across multiple European markets

Reports to the Head of HR
Initially, this will be a full-time role due to the urgency and volume of hiring needs
As the team reaches stability, the role will transition to an on-demand basis, adapting to the company's evolving hiring needs
