With operations across multiple GCC countries, we are expanding our presence in Jordan and seeking a technically adept individual to support our sales team and ensure successful client engagements.
Role Overview:
As a Pre-Sales & Customer Success Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption and satisfaction. This role will focus 80% on pre-sales activities and 20% on post-sales customer success. You will work closely with our sales team to present Fintech Galaxy’s products, bridge business and technical conversations, and translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions. You will also support post-sales engagements, ensuring seamless onboarding and continued success for our clients.
