About Fintech Galaxy:

Fintech Galaxy is a leading open banking and open finance platform provider in the MENA region, enabling banks, fintechs, and third-party providers (TPPs) to comply with regulations and create innovative financial products. With operations across multiple GCC countries, we are expanding our presence in Jordan and seeking a technically adept individual to support our sales team and ensure successful client engagements.


Role Overview:

As a Pre-Sales & Customer Success Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption and satisfaction. This role will focus 80% on pre-sales activities and 20% on post-sales customer success. You will work closely with our sales team to present Fintech Galaxy’s products, bridge business and technical conversations, and translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions. You will also support post-sales engagements, ensuring seamless onboarding and continued success for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales (80%)

  • Act as a technical consultant in sales engagements, supporting the sales team in presenting Fintech Galaxy’s open banking and open finance solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements, ensuring alignment between client needs and Fintech Galaxy’s capabilities.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to prospective clients.
  • Provide input into RFPs, RFIs, and proposals to ensure accurate technical positioning.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to align Fintech Galaxy’s solutions with market demands.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of open banking, APIs, and financial services technology.

Customer Success (20%)

  • Support customers in post-sales activities, including onboarding, integration, and initial deployment.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Fintech Galaxy’s solutions.
  • Act as a technical advisor, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to API integrations and compliance requirements.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams to drive product enhancements.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong experience in API-based solutions, ideally within financial services, fintech, or banking.
  • Familiarity with Open Banking and Open Finance standards is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and banking integrations.
  • Business Acumen:
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial services, banking operations, and digital transformation trends.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to proactively manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Experience in delivering product demonstrations and technical training sessions.
  • Problem-Solving & Proactive Engagement:
  • Ability to identify and address technical challenges during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Proactive approach in engaging customers and ensuring their success with Fintech Galaxy’s solutions.
