About the role

This is an internal global role. The Active Directory Service Owner is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT services, ensuring seamless delivery, strategic growth, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in defining the service roadmap, managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and driving service maturity.



What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage Active Directory escalations and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Implement secure access controls and prepare infrastructure for new OS versions.
  • Address vulnerabilities and maintain anti-malware protection across servers.
  • Oversee server onboarding into the Privileged Access Management tool.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, security policies, and accurate CMDB records.
  • Automate processes, develop scripts and manage monitoring and alert systems.
  • Optimise service usage through collaboration with local teams and projects.
  • Lead service governance, monitor SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous improvements.



About you:

  • 3+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with a strong background in identity technologies
  • Solid expertise in Microsoft Active Directory & PKI
  • Knowledge of Entra ID & IGA Saviynt (preferred)
  • Experience managing outsourcing contracts, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles (ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred)
  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%)
