**Job Description:**

As a Business Developer at MW Relo, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and help us expand our market presence. Additionally, you will manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a talented team.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the moving industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and renewal of contracts.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted outreach campaigns.

- Present our services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.

- Track sales metrics and report on performance against goals.

- Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to enhance service delivery.


**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in business development and account management, preferably in the moving&relocation or logistics industry.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Englishand German proficiency is required; knowledge of additional language(s) would be an advantage.

- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
