Tasks
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including:
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the engine repair station project, ensuring it meets timelines and budgetary constraints
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, change requests and resource allocation
Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the project is delivered on time
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies
Implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Facilitate project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and update project documentation
Takeover of additional tasks when is required

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
5 to 10 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in engineering or construction projects required
Minimum 5+ years professional experience in international business environment required
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Experience in leading negotiations is an advantage
Advanced experience in Waterfall, Agile and hybrid Project Management methodologies
Business fluent in English language required
PMP or similar certification is preferred
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
