Tasks

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the engine repair station project, ensuring it meets timelines and budgetary constraints
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, change requests and resource allocation
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the project is delivered on time
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Facilitate project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and update project documentation
  • Takeover of additional tasks when is required

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in engineering or construction projects required
  • Minimum 5+ years professional experience in international business environment required
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Experience in leading negotiations is an advantage
  • Advanced experience in Waterfall, Agile and hybrid Project Management methodologies
  • Business fluent in English language required
  • PMP or similar certification is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Willingness to work in Canada and aborad
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
