Role Overview:

We are looking for a Paid Media & Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-performing advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. This role requires an expert in paid media strategy, audience segmentation, and data analytics who can drive tangible results for our luxury and premium clients. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising paid campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and business growth.


  • Key Responsibilities:Paid Media Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok, tailored to premium and luxury brands.
  • Manage ad placements, budget allocation, and bidding strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Execute A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.


  • Performance Optimisation & Analytics:Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimise campaigns for better ROI and efficiency.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present key findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Track attribution models, customer journeys, and multi-touchpoint conversion tracking to refine marketing efforts.


  • Creative Collaboration & Audience Targeting:Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
  • Leverage first-party and third-party data to create hyper-targeted campaigns for lookalike audiences, retargeting, and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure brand alignment and high-quality creative execution across all paid campaigns.


  • Client & Team Collaboration:Serve as the go-to paid media expert, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Educate clients and internal teams on paid media best practices, industry trends, and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with influencers, PR teams, and other marketing channels to ensure a cohesive brand approach.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Essential Skills & Experience:3+ years of hands-on experience in managing Meta, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-performing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, data analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with e-commerce, luxury brands, or high-end DTC clients is a plus.


  • Soft Skills:Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time-management skills.
