POSITION SUMMARY:

The Front-End Developer will be responsible for managing and optimizing website content within a Component Content Management System (CCMS) while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. They will implement SEO best practices to enhance search visibility, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences and develop A/B and multivariate experiments using Optimizely to drive conversions.



WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage and optimize website content within the CCMS to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and performance of web pages.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to enhance web experiences and support business objectives.
  • Develop and test A/B and multivariate experiments using Optimizely to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility of web pages.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMS functionality, page layouts, and CSS styling.
  • Analyze web performance metrics and provide insights to improve user experience.
  • Maintain and document CMS workflows to streamline content updates and ensure efficient team collaboration.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 3+ years of experience with Content Management Systems (CMS): Proficiency in CCMS, WordPress, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
  • Web Development Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic scripting for interactivity or styling).
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Experience setting up, running, and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate tests using Optimizely or similar platforms.
  • SEO & Performance Optimization: Understanding of SEO best practices, page load speed optimization, and web accessibility standards.
  • UI/UX Best Practices: Ability to collaborate with designers and ensure web pages are user-friendly and visually appealing.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Ability to identify and fix CSS/layout issues and work with developers on more complex problems.
  • English B2+ and above
  • Flexibility to work PST hours
