What you will do:
The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Assist in gathering, processing, and analysing data to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Support the identification of trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights.
- Learn and master internal Business Intelligence tools to help with data visualization and monitoring.
- Collaborate with different teams in executing data-related projects and initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Support documentation of analytical processes and findings.
What you need to succeed:

- 3+ years of experience in strategic project management in an digital environment
- Self starter who takes initiative to drive growth
- Strong quantitative analytical skills to develop recommendations & analysis.
- Ability to leverage data (incl. Performance, market, competitors) and transform it into an action plan.
- Good work prioritization skills to remain strongly focused on achieving ambitious team targets.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast growth and cross functional environment
- A problem solver who uses data to quickly prioritise work for alignment with business strategy.
- Proven experience in effectively manage cross functional projects in a digital environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence other teams across the organization with data driven approach
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Background in a consultancy firm is an advantage
Nice to have
- Previous internship or academic experience in data analysis.
- Exposure to the travel industry or e-commerce analytics.
- Basic knowledge of ancillary products or car rental industry data.
