In This Role, You Will
- Capture system level requirements by working closely with Tech leads, Program/Project Managers and Product Owners
- Identify the scope of the work, provide initial estimates and justify the estimate with facts
- Maintain and drive code quality through best practices, unit testing and code quality automation; Be an expert in writing code that meets standards and delivers the desired functionality using the technology selected for the project; Help in designing interfaces and information exchange between modules.
- Be an expert in assessing NFRs (performance, load, scalability etc.) for the application and optimizing/improving it through design and best coding practices
- Develop expertise and own individual module design while also understanding the overall product
- Seek and provide feedback on design and development
- Demonstrate the ability to make informed technology choices after due diligence and impact assessment
- Possess advanced domain knowledge and show great customer focus. Expert in processes / methodologies and Skilled in build, release & deployment processes
- Articulate the need for scalability and understand the importance of improving quality through testing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Overall 3-4 Years of experience in software development in Enterprise Application Development
Essentials Skills
- Good knowledge of UI Design and Development, with knowledge of Android Development or Flutter or React Native. Good experience in mobile development
- Experience with offline capabilities in mobile applications a BIG plus.
- Good knowledge of debugging tools to address performance and reliability bottlenecks

Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare system to ensure optimal delivery of healthcare services to patients.
- Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow-up to drive customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols, to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensure documentation of all work performed is captured, including the ordering of parts.
Qualifications
- Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree, military education or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
- 2+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch and squat, kneel and crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time. Must also be able to reach at, above and below shoulder level, flex and extend neck and have good hand and finger dexterity.
- Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $86,400.00-$129,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
