Role Overview
Terms of Reference (ToR): Zentist L2 Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical inquiries.
• Configure client environments and modify user data as needed.
• Monitor application performance to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and customer support teams to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• At least two years of experience in technical support.
• Understanding of client-server architecture and web application frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with log management tools for system monitoring and debugging.
