This role offers the opportunity to shape quality processes, implement test automation, and collaborate closely with developers to build high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Design and implement robust QA processes that ensure product excellence before release.
  • Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts, particularly for web applications built with Laravel, and Native mobile apps in Android and iOS, using tools like Appium and Selenium.
  • End-to-End Testing: Lead and manage E2E testing, ensuring platform stability and performance.
  • Test Strategy & Execution: Define comprehensive test plans for new features, balancing E2E, integration, and unit tests.
  • Collaboration with Developers: Supervise unit and integration test execution, ensuring coherence with overall QA processes.
  • CI/CD Integration: Configure and maintain continuous integration pipelines using GitHub Actions to execute automated tests.
  • Bug Tracking & Resolution: Identify, document, and track issues using industry-standard tools like JIRA and TestRail, collaborating with developers to resolve them efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with QA best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize workflows and enhance testing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer for web and mobile applications.
  • Hands-on experience with E2E test automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
  • Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience establishing QA processes in a tech startup or fast-growing company.
  • Experience with testing frameworks relevant to Laravel (e.g., PHPUnit), Swift (e.g., XCTest), and Kotlin (e.g., Espresso, JUnit).
  • Understanding of AI-driven applications and their impact on product development.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: Up to 35,000 euros, based on demonstrated experience and qualifications. The final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's level of expertise and skill set, with less experienced candidates receiving a proportionate offer within this range.
  • Flexible Work Hours: A schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • Remote Work: Work from anywhere, no commute required.
  • Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking, collaborative team driving impactful digital solutions.
