Regional Sales Lead in UNITED KINGDOM

Packimpex, a leader in the relocation industry, is looking for a Regional Sales Lead to drive business growth and develop key accounts across Europe.

About the Role

As the Regional Sales Lead, you’ll play a key role in identifying and creating new business opportunities whilst increasing our market presence.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business opportunities through networking and targeted outreach.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Proactively engage with potential clients, schedule meetings, and nurture sales opportunities
• Represent Packimpex at industry events and HR conventions.
• Work closely with the leadership team to craft winning proposals and close deals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales and business development experience (within Relocation, Destination Services, or Global Mobility is a plus!).
• Digitally savvy – comfortable using LinkedIn and CRM tools.
• A natural communicator with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and ready to own your success.
• Fluent English (bonus points for other languages!).
