Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related engineering departments of universities
• At least 1 year or more experience in Software Analysis
• Experienced in requirements gathering, writing use case diagrams
• Experienced in modeling and analysis of business processes
• Good knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, general knowledge of any software language (Javascript, C# and Python preferably)
• Knowledge of Project Management Principles (Agile / Scrum etc.)
• Willing to learn new and different products and technologies, open to development and able to adapt easily to different products and technologies
• High written and verbal communication skills and experience in documentation
• Effective communication skills and good command on English

Job Description

• To perform requirements determination and requirements analysis studies in software projects in accordance with business analysis techniques
• To create project documentation including requirements, functional design, acceptance criteria, data flow diagrams and sequence diagrams, liaise with dependent service teams and hold meetings with the service team explaining integration requirements, complete and clarify requirements
• To prepare visual screen design (mock-up), draw flowcharts, test and document in accordance with the specified requirements
• To ensure that the identified requirements are documented and transferred to the software team in accordance with the project processes and requirements analysis standards
• To conduct user acceptance tests of the completed requests before implementation and ensuring compliance with customer requirements
