IT Support Specialist (Salesforce) in MEXICO

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 technical support and assist with light Tier 2 troubleshooting for IT systems, including Salesforce and other business applications. This role will support end users, maintain IT systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT operations and user experience.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first-level (Tier 1) technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, including Salesforce and other business applications.
  • Perform light Tier 2 support, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Support Salesforce users by addressing access, permissions, and basic configuration needs.
  • Assist with the maintenance, configuration, and administration of IT systems.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up accounts and configuring IT resources.
  • Provide guidance and training to end users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and process improvements.
  • Effectively communicate insights to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to optimize IT operations.



Technical Skills:

Languages: English B2+ (written and spoken).


What You Need:

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a foundational understanding of IT systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud administration or support preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
