Define the tools needed for new industrialization/capacity extension (taking into account improvements on existing tools), ordering, tracking orders, and handing over to the operational team (deadlines, availability, CAPEX).
Optimization of existing machinery, equipment, and production processes
Managing relations with suppliers.
Training and supporting colleagues at the regional level.
Participate in the development of standards in the area of expertise.
Specification, procurement of stand-alone and/or in-house built machines for the technology (taking into account technological content and cost of acquisition), commissioning, and documentation.
Programming of assembly machines and automatic machinery sub-assemblies.
PLC programming for automatization projects.
Design and programming of safety systems for equipment.
Design and programming of robot - PLC interface.
Design of IT topology for equipment.
Participation in Industry 4.0 projects.
Requirements:
A university degree in engineering (preferably in electrical, mechanical, or computer science);
At least 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing company;
Strong knowledge of TwinCat / Codesys (IEC 61131-3);
Good knowledge of Networking protocols (EtherCAT, OPC, TCP/IP UDP/IP, MQTT, ProfiNET);
Use of tools like XAE, VisualStudio;
Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills;
You should be able to write clean and maintainable code;
Excellent skills in verbal and written communication in English;
