Role Overview


We are looking for a high-performing Business Development / Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and close deals with both enterprise-level and startup clients. In this role, you will own the sales strategy and process end-to-end, from initial outreach to deal closure. You’ll work closely with a Business Development Representative (BDR) who handles top-of-funnel lead generation, while you focus on strategy, lead conversion, and optimising the sales process. Your mission is to build a strong pipeline, execute effective outbound campaigns, and ensure Enticeable continues to win and retain high-value clients. This position is based in London with a remote-first setup (requiring up to two days a week in our London office).


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic outbound sales campaigns targeting key Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in our market.
  • Manage and mentor a BDR, ensuring efficient top-of-funnel lead generation and nurturing.
  • Own the sales process from outreach through negotiation to closing, continuously optimizing each stage for better conversion.
  • Analyse and refine outreach messaging, sequences, and campaign effectiveness to improve engagement rates.
  • Track and report on key KPIs – including outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline size, and revenue generated – using data to drive decisions.
  • Engage with prospects at all levels (from startup founders to enterprise executives) and tailor your approach to each context.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and delivery teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and client success.


Ideal Candidate Profile


  • Proven sales experience in the digital marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing space.
  • Track record of exceeding targets: consistently hits and surpasses KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Strategic outreach skills: able to plan and execute effective outbound campaigns that generate quality leads.
  • Full-cycle sales expertise: experienced in closing deals with both nimble startups and large enterprise clients.
  • Analytical mindset: uses data and metrics to track performance and continuously improve the sales process.
  • Startup/growth mindset: thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapts quickly to change.
  • Ownership and ambition: eager to take charge of sales strategy and contribute to Enticeable’s long-term growth (with aspirations to grow your role as the company expands).


Package & Benefits


  • Base Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): £100,000+ with uncapped commission potential
