We are looking for a passionate and strategic PR Lead to join our team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role will drive internal and external PR initiatives to enhance brand awareness and employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Communication Planning & Budget Management
- Develop the annual internal events plan, outlining detailed budgets, timelines, priorities, and event descriptions while ensuring optimal resource allocation for both internal and external PR initiatives to maximize impact.
- Plan, organize and oversee all company events such as town-halls, team building activities, recreational activities ensuring smooth execution and high participation rate.
Social Media & Brand Awareness
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage company branding across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and impactful messaging.
- Collaborate with HR and internal teams to craft engaging content and campaigns to promote a positive work environment.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and oversee the Internal PR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, fostering accountability and efficiency.
- Hands-on PR activities/events for the Hanoi office.
Report & Data Analysis
- Track events/activities performance, analyze data, and leverage insights to optimize future strategies.
- Adopt a data-driven approach by measuring the impact of all activities, events, and initiatives executed by the team.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT company with a diverse, multinational workforce;
- Fluent in English, excellent communication Skills;
- Active and creative person;
- Strong networking, relationship-building and interpersonal skills;
- Strong ability in team leadership and effective cross-functional collaboration; ability to be hands-on as well as lead the team at the same time;
- Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic.
