We are on the lookout for a dedicated Player Support Specialist to join our team working on Taonga: the Island Farm!


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing player support - answering game-related questions, resolving technical and payment issues, addressing complaints;
  • Managing reviews on Google Play and App Store;
  • Moderating the game chat and social networks;
  • Monitoring game performance (with Grafana and other tools);
  • Informing the developers of emerging issues;
  • Participating in testing game updates and the ****game Portal, collaborating closely with QA;
  • Collecting player feedback.


REQUIREMENTS

  • You are Fluent in English (C1 Advanced Level);
  • High level of literacy;
  • Strong technical proficiency on both PC and mobile devices;
  • You are ready and willing to learn and enhance qualifications, including through company-sponsored courses;
  • You have extensive gaming experience and passion for games;
  • You are highly self-disciplined and responsible;
  • You possess an up-to-date PC, an Android mobile device, a stable internet connection.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills through our test assignment.


WHAT WE OFFER

  • Engaging tasks and a friendly atmosphere;
  • 100% remote work (except from Russia and Belarus);
  • Work schedule: 2/2, 23:00–11:00 Cyprus time (EET), including a 2-hour break
  • Onboarding period schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 Cyprus time (EET), including a 1-hour lunch break
  • Shifts on public holidays based on team needs;
  • Hourly pay rate depending on the test assignment and interview;
  • Position as an independent contractor.
