Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations i.e. payroll vendor management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements, addressing employee tax-related queries.
Manage employee insurance, medical benefits, and claims; resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
Support employee engagement activities, address concerns, and assist with industrial relations to maintain a positive work environment.
Assist with performance reviews and ensure timely completion and provide advice where necessary.
Maintain and update employee records, including career progression, salary adjustments, and absences.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal/external audits, and prepare required reports.
Provide research and insights to support HR strategy and data-driven decision-making.
Help implement and communicate company policies, ensuring alignment with organizational changes.
Manage work pass processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Coordinate employee mobility benefits such as housing, car rentals, and relocation support.
Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit and onboard top talents
Prepare and manage employment documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
Deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new hires.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
Manage employee benefits, including medical insurance enrolment and deregistration.
Support regional HR projects, including training, surveys, and HRIS implementation.
Coordinate HR-related meetings and initiatives to drive engagement and alignment.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
8 years of relevant human resources experience with a sound understanding and application of employment laws and governance standards.
Strong ability in reporting and data analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrates ability to manage tight deadlines.
Experience recruiting of commercial related positions would be a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR is a plus.
