What are we looking for?
Skills Required
Proven experience in Flutter & React Native development, for cross-platform mobile app development.
Proficiency in Git, Bitbucket, and version control best practices.
Experience with Figma for translating UI/UX designs into functional Flutter applications.
Solid understanding of Agile development workflows and best practices.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication, confident and self-motivated.
Nice To Have
Experience building apps with Swift/Java/Kotlin a bonus
Experience with other hybrid app development language such as Xamarin and/or other a bonus
What will you do?
Develop and deploy new iOS and Android mobile applications.
Maintain, upgrade, and optimize existing Flutter-based mobile apps.
Convert Figma designs into fully functional Flutter UI components.
Implement backend integrations using Dart and API connections.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot Flutter projects to ensure performance and reliability.
Estimate project timelines and provide accurate development forecasts
