- Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and Singapore employment laws.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records and HR policies.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and implement necessary policy updates.
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends in hiring, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare HR reports for management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
