We are looking for a logical, process-driven Business Analyst with advanced HubSpot expertise to join our remote team. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, optimizing business processes, and implementing solutions within HubSpot.
The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, capable of identifying process improvements, structuring workflows, and managing HubSpot configurations to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, this person must have strong project coordination skills to delegate technical tasks (such as coding or design work) to developers, web designers, and other specialists on the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client business needs and design efficient processes using HubSpot.
Configure, optimize, and manage HubSpot workflows, pipelines, automation, and integrations.
Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions within HubSpot.
Collaborate with internal teams to delegate development, design, and other specialized tasks.
Ensure seamless implementation and documentation of HubSpot solutions.
Train and support clients on HubSpot best practices.
Requirements
Must-Have:
Advanced HubSpot knowledge (CRM, automation, workflows, reporting, and integrations).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or CRM consulting.
Ability to manage projects and delegate technical tasks to the appropriate team members.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience in B2B processes, sales operations, or customer success.
Familiarity with API integrations and HubSpot extensions.
Basic knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or data manipulation tools (not mandatory but a plus).

Work Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Bogotá Time.
