Requirements description
- Min 4 years presales experience in Data&AI professional services in B2B market to mid&large clients (500FTE to 50kFTE) and deals from $100k+
- Min. 4+ years hands on experience in BI/Big Data/Data Platform developer or architect role
- Proficient knowledge of Datawarehouse modelling based on Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake latest solutions (Lakehouse, Microsoft Fabric, etc.)
- Presentation to C-level and Directors, negotiation, organizational, financial, written, and verbal communication skills required
- Proven record in technical presales, proposals crafting, pitches, delivering small PoCs
- Able to play well within team (cross-function too)
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Task prioritization, highly organized and extreme ownership
- Fluent English (min. B2+)
- Willing to relocate or based in the UAE (relocation package included)
Nice to have:
- Experience in UAE or KSA markets with proven track record in closed deals
- Fluent Arabic
- Industry or processes knowledge (Controlling/Finance, Retail, Marketing, IT processes, Manufacturing etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Crafting project proposals and RFP responses together with Sales and Delivery Teams in Data AI
- Defining Statement Of Work (in scope, out of scope, deliverables, assumptions), Commercials (pricing, timelines and terms and conditions) as well as Work Breakdown Structures and Project Plans
- Performing scoping workshops and presentations (demo, PoC, whiteboarding for architecture) with Customers
- Ownership of winning the technical decision at Customers for sales opportunities through tailored solutions to Customers’ needs
- Sole ownership in relations with a designated group of own Customers
- Constant technical development to propose the newest technologies and solutions
- Passing certificates as per agreed technical development plan
- Improving soft skills by attending the training and self-development
- Building personal brand within our company by showing up on webinars, events, articles
- Open to step out of comfort zone and ready to constantly expand your knowledge and skills
