Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll coordinate our product development team in India with our commercial leaders, ensuring projects run seamlessly and deliver maximum impact.
As a Product Owner, You Will
Maintain the product roadmap, aligning development timelines with business priorities.
Collaborate with the product team in India to manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
Work closely with the commercial team (CEO, Country Managers, Expansion Manager) to gather and translate business requirements into actionable product goals.
Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear, effective communication between teams.
Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive solutions to accelerate product delivery.
Organize and lead regular check-ins between teams to update on progress, challenges, and adjustments.
Identify opportunities to optimize product development cycles and streamline workflows.
Report directly to the CEO.
This Is What We Expect From You
Strong understanding of i-gaming and Sportsbook operations.
Strong understanding of product development cycles and man-hour estimation.
Commercial awareness with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on revenue impact.
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Experience in iGaming, fintech, or a similarly fast-paced industry is a plus.
This Is What We Require From You
3+ years of experience in i-gaming or Sportsbook product and strong experience in using or developing backend offices for operators.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with agile methodologies and proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
