Responsibilities
Monitor social media performance metrics and user engagement
Generate insightful reports that highlight trends and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize social media strategies based on data analysis
Analyze competitor activities and market trends in the social media landscape
Utilize analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns
Assist in developing content strategies supported by data-driven insights
Stay current with the latest developments in social media and data analytics
Requirements
Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
Strong interest in social media and data analysis
Ability to interpret data and provide insightful, actionable recommendations
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is a plus
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Previous experience in data analytics is beneficial but not required; we encourage candidates eager to learn
