# The Role

As an AI Conversions Agent Builder, you’ll help customers design, build, and optimise AI-powered sales conversations that help convert more leads and customers, faster. You’ll map out customer journeys, refine AI prompts, and integrate automation tools to build high-performing AI agents that feel natural and drive measurable sales impact.

# What You’ll Do

Build AI Conversations That Convert

• Design AI-driven conversation flows that engage, qualify, and drive purchases or bookings.
• Fine-tune AI prompts and responses to match brand tone, handle objections, and encourage action.
• Optimise chat flows and recover lost leads or help increase AOV.

Integrate AI Agents with CRM, eCommerce, & Automation Tools

• Set up workflows within Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Zapier, and Make.
• Ensure AI agents seamlessly hand off leads or customers to human sales reps or automated follow-ups.
• Connect AI responses with email, SMS, and retargeting campaigns to nurture and convert users.

Train & Optimize AI Agents for Maximum Performance

• Structure AI knowledge bases to provide accurate, relevant, and real-time responses.
• Use analytics to refine prompts, identify drop-off points, and increase engagement.
• Apply conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques to improve sales performance.

Make Smart, Fast Decisions & Share Best Practices

• Make data-driven decisions quickly to optimise AI performance.
• Follow industry best practices in AI-driven sales, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.
• Actively contribute to the MagicBlocks community, sharing insights and strategies to help everyone improve.

Collaborate with Growth & Sales Teams

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and eCommerce teams to align AI conversations with business goals.
• Bring fresh ideas and help shape the future of autonomous AI sales agents.

# About You

Marketing Automation & AI Enthusiast

• Experience setting up automated lead nurturing, sales workflows, or eCommerce funnels in tools like Shopify, HubSpot, Marketo, or HighLevel.
• Hands-on experience building and optimising chatbots, AI prompts, or conversational flows.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, eCommerce conversion strategies, and customer journey mapping.

Tech-Savvy Problem Solver

• Comfortable working with Zapier, APIs, and CRM or eCommerce integrations.
• Analytical mindset—can interpret data and optimise AI conversations for better conversion rates.
• Not a coder, but technically inclined—can think through automation logic and troubleshoot AI flows.

Fast Decision-Maker & Best Practices Contributor

• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where quick, data-backed decisions are key.
