Your Role:
- Design & Animate: Create compelling static designs and dynamic motion graphics, including animations, visual effects, and video content.
- AI-Enhanced Creativity: Utilize AI tools to enhance your design and animation workflows, staying ahead of trends and improving efficiency.
- Platform Specialist: Develop and execute creative design strategies for Web, YouTube & social media platforms, ensuring each piece fits the platform's style.
- Collaborative Innovator: Work closely with our marketing team to align your design and motion graphics work with overall campaigns, driving brand engagement and results.
- Project Owner: Oversee the content creation process from concept to completion, ensuring all design and animation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of proven experience in both graphic design and motion graphics/animation.
- Proficiency in graphic design and animation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, or others).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, design trends, and analytics.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
- A creative mindset, with a passion for innovation, design, and storytelling in both static and animated formats.
