Global Ledger is a company developing blockchain visualization and crypto AML risk-scoring solutions. Born as a startup in 2018, we rapidly became an important player in assisting entities like government agencies and fintech companies with crypto compliance challenges.

Requirements

 - Proven community management experience with a strong sense of responsibility and emotional intelligence. (3+ years of community management experience in crypto projects).

- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain terminology and trends, as well as a strong interest in crypto culture

- Familiarity with online platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, ProductHunt

- Creativity, drive and self-direction, attention to detail and quality content

- Advanced level of English


Will be a plus: experience with a blockchain analytics toolkit


Responsibilities

- Global Ledger online community development and management.

- Writing, reviewing, editing and updating content for social media platforms.

- Conducting research on current trends in the crypto community, implementing new technologies and improving strategies based on findings.

- Analyzing reviews and events in the cryptocurrency and blockchain market with subsequent posting.

- Assisting the marketing team in developing promotional materials.

- Utilizing social media to engage users, answer questions and complaints, and promote company initiatives.

- Reporting on social metrics, tracking and understanding the evolution of the community and using the data to optimize future campaigns.


Your hiring journey


   1. Short call with recruiter (call up to 30 minutes).

   2. An interview with Marketing Lead and HRD (video call approximately 1 hour).

   3. Test assignment (as soon as you be ready to send).

   4. Final interview with CEO (video call approximately 1 hour)

   5. Offer.
