Lead Generation Specialist in PORTUGAL

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help shape our AI-powered lead generation automation tool. No prior experience is required, just strong analytical skills, creativity, and a proactive mindset. In this role, you’ll not only generate leads but also collaborate with the team to experiment with different outreach strategies, analyze results, and refine processes to improve our tool’s effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • English – Advanced or higher (both written and verbal)
  • High level of communication, analytical, and strategic skills
  • Collaborative and positive attitude
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Be proactive, action-oriented, and willing to take initiative
  • Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or lead generation will be a plus


Enkonix conditions and benefits:
  • 5-day working week from Monday to Friday
  • Work from the office in Lisbon, with the option to work remotely on Wednesdays
  • If you are not in Lisbon, relocation can be arranged after the probation period. A relocation package is provided

Responsibilities:
  • Execute outreach via LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other tools platforms, ensuring compliance with platform policies
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to test, analyze, and refine lead generation strategies
  • Meet KPIs by optimizing outreach approaches and improving response rates
  • Work with automation tools while ensuring compliance with platform restrictions
  • Gather and analyze performance data, track key metrics, providing the team with insights, statistics, and recommendations for developing and improving our product
  • Stay updated on industry trends, LinkedIn policies, and competitor strategies
