As an employee (m/f/d) in IT Service Management, you will support your colleagues (m/f/d) in a wide range of administrative activities in Department 11 - Information and Communication Technology. You will play a decisive role in ensuring smooth processes and effective process design in Department 11.
The position is permanent and full-time.

- Application of and compliance with the extended contract terms (EVB-IT)
- Procurement of IT products and services
- Implementation of service asset and configuration management as well as coordination and administration of software solutions
- Administration and monitoring of identity and access management
- Coordination of requests and changes to hardware and software in the supervised area
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. IT business administrator (m/f/d), IT system administrator (m/f/d), IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d), a degree with a focus on IT or comparable qualifications acquired in practice in the IT environment
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position is desirable
- Sound knowledge in the areas of IT asset management, support coordination and identity management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A planned, structured and proactive way of working
- ITIL certification is desirable
