Senior Test Automation Engineer (all genders) in PORTUGAL

What there is to do

• You are responsible for the specification, implementation, execution and maintenance of automated software tests
• You are responsible for the integration of the test cases into the CI/CD pipelines
• You are responsible for analysing and documenting test results and reviewing test scripts.
• You write test concepts and optimise test strategies and test methods
• You are responsible for the further development and improvement of tools, processes and frameworks
• You contribute to cross-departmental knowledge management and act as a mentor for colleagues

What you bring along

• You have a degree in computer science and 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• You have experience with common test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright or Selenium
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java or JavaScript
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and their integration into the test cycle
• You can lead small teams and and are happy to share your knowledge
• You can easily work in English-speaking project teams and you have already worked successfully in an international environment, also on remote basis
• Nice to have: You have experience in load and performance tests or Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
