As a QA Engineer for our web app team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our application and leveraging your expertise to continuously enhance our product. We’re looking for people based in Germany, as we work in a hybrid set-up and are meeting at least once a week. Unfortunately, we can’t support relocation at the moment.
Who we’re looking for:
- Your background:You should have at least 3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on manual and exploratory testing both for web and mobile applications,, while not being shy in learning automation testing
- Your passion: You have a solid understanding of various software QA methodologies and a demonstrated ability to drive quality
- Tool knowledge: You gained good knowledge and experience in using tools like Jira, Github, Gitlab, and test case management tools (Xray, QASE, Zephyr, etc)
- Teamwork: You can prioritize tasks and organize effectively while working independently as well as part of a collaborative international team in an agile environment
- Knowledge-sharing: You impress with your enthusiasm for continuous improvement and innovation, with strong English communication skills for seamless collaboration
- Bonus points: Knowledge and experience in mobile testing and in test automation are a plus (e.q. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc)

Your responsibilities:
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities using various testing tools
- Perform functional testing of new features and releases, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they become bugs
- Ensure efficient QA processes within customer-aligned teams, verifying that new features meet expectations and testing releases for regression bugs
- Provide timely feedback and collaborate closely with developers, PMs, designers and other QA engineers to facilitate ongoing product improvements during each cycle
- Using the shape up method and agile principles to test the best possible software, that leaves our users with happy faces and makes all of our competitors look old
