Kokku has an exciting opportunity for a Mid/Senior Jira Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining our project management processes and enhancing the productivity of our teams through expert management and optimization of our Jira platform.

As a Jira Specialist, you will:
Manage and administer our Jira instances, including user management, permissions, workflows, and configurations
Tailor Jira dashboards, boards, and filters to meet the diverse needs of our teams and implement best practices for Jira use
Scrutinize existing project management processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements and automation
Integrate Jira with essential tools and platforms such as Confluence, TeamGantt, Bitbucket, and Slack, evaluating and recommending new tools and plugins
Develop and maintain advanced reporting and analytics capabilities within Jira to monitor project progress and provide valuable insights to stakeholders
Serve as a subject matter expert in Jira, providing training and ongoing support to users at all levels within the organization and creating documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Extensive experience in project management, preferably as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar roles within the games or tech industry
Proven track record in administering and optimizing Jira in complex environments
Deep expertise in Jira administration and customization, with a strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
Agile Coach Certification would be advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Portuguese and English
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Jira and related tools
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and strong presentation skills
