We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner to drive the success of Security Services used by thousands of DevOps engineers across the company. The service portfolio is currently composed of HashiCorp Vault, a central secrets management solution, and an internally developed application allowing users to manage their applications' security assessments.In this role, you will play a critical role in defining the vision & roadmap for those services, managing stakeholders and consumers, as well as leading the feature development and delivery process. You will work closely with your team of six engineers, your Scrum Master and with external contractors in an agile environment.

Strategic Vision & Product Direction: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, grounded in a deep understanding of user needs and industry trends.
User-Centric Product Research: Conduct research to understand user behaviors and industry trends. Use insights to guide the team’s focus toward high-impact deliverables.
Stakeholder Management & Alignment: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, creating alignment around the product’s strategic direction and business objectives.
Vendor/Partner Management & Alignment: work closely with our external partner to ensure that the development of the Secrets Management service is aligned with the product’s strategic direction.
Outcome Over Output: Prioritize achieving meaningful results over feature delivery, promoting an outcomes-based approach. Use analytics and KPIs to evaluate progress toward strategic objectives, reinforcing a focus on delivering value to our users.
Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner
Experience in Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
Excellent communication skills for Customer / Stakeholder management
Strong leadership skills
Ability to manage external vendors
Excellent level of proficiency in English
Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault is a plus
Hands-on experience in software development is a plus
Experience with Zero-Trust and/or Identity & Access Management is a plus
