About Us: Kontnik & Cohen (K&C) is a growing firm committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced marketing professional to help us achieve two primary goals: generating new business leads and building our brand.

The Role: We are seeking a Full Stack Marketing Manager to support both our firm’s brand and the personal brand of our partner, Spencer. This role will focus on creating and executing strategies that drive lead generation through SEO, PPC ads, and brand awareness via content marketing and social media. Must be an individual who is able to lead and does not need direction within the legal space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies, particularly through SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Build and elevate both the K&C brand and Spencer’s personal brand on LinkedIn.
• Craft compelling LinkedIn content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Create supporting content, such as case studies, testimonials, landing pages, and website copy.
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles (company and founder) to improve visibility.
• Improve website readability and SEO performance.
• Work with our team to enhance the website homepage, including design and CTA updates.
• Establish a long-term content strategy for sustained brand growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6+ years proven experience in lead generation through digital marketing (SEO, PPC, etc.).
• Strong background in personal and corporate branding, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Ability to craft and execute a content marketing strategy.
• Experience optimizing website copy for SEO and readability.
• Familiarity with social media management and execution.
• A self-starter who can work independently while aligning with company goals.
