🔍 Solution Architect (m/f/d) – Full-Stack Developer for IBM FileNet P8 Product Suite or Similar ECM Products

🚀 Your Responsibilities:

🔹 As part of our interdisciplinary SCRUM team, you will help transform the company into a digital development bank, leading the replacement of the current document management system and ensuring broad usability for various departments.

🔹 You will be responsible for implementing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, focusing on the IBM FileNet P8 product suite, including technical design, concept development, and quality assurance.

🔹 You will help shape and integrate the new system, advising departments on the creation and quality assurance of business concepts from an implementation perspective.

🔹 You will co-manage IT product management, drive the technical evolution of our IT portfolio, and optimize software development and maintenance activities related to FileNet.

🎯 Your Profile:

✔️ Degree in (Business) Informatics, Telecommunications, Banking, or an equivalent qualification.

✔️ First relevant professional experience in the mentioned areas or practical experience in implementing IBM FileNet P8 or similar ECM products in companies.

✔️ Strong skills in application design and software architecture methods in IBM FileNet P8 and Java/JavaScript environments.

✔️ Experience in developing front-end and back-end solutions for ECM systems (e.g., IBM FileNet P8 product suite) is an advantage.

✔️ Strong analytical and conceptual skills, goal-oriented approach, and excellent communication abilities.

🗣️ German B1 required.
