Role Overview

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customisations and enhancements for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) platform. Working with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for D365FO solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement customisations, extensions, and integrations within the D365FO environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and performance optimisation to ensure solution efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to D365FO.
• Train and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to development best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development and support.
• Strong proficiency in X++ programming language, including experience with extensions and customisations.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and data management practices.
• Experience with integration tools such as Data Entities, Power Platform, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications are a plus.
