Java DevOps Engineer
One of the world's leading British bank is growing their capabilities in Prague, Czechia and we are looking to hire a Java DevOps Developer to be part of this innovative team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of the development of a new electronic trading platform called "ASGARD" that they are developing, which will l initially support Equities and FI, and longer term could be rolled out as a Multi-Asset trading platform. You will be involved in projects focusing on server side development (Java, DevOps and Microservices) with some elements of CI/CD - Gitlab experience for building pipelines.
What they're looking for:
- Associate level, at least 1-3 years of solid experience in Core Java / J2EE development
- hands-on experience in DevOps highly preferred
- Experience with high performance java applications, optimizations and Build Systems for Java Apps
- real-time, low latency development
- CI/CD - Gitlab experience ideal for building pipelines
This is for a full-time, regular position and will be on hybrid work setup 2 days onsite in the office in Prague, Czechia. European candidates outside Prague are welcome to apply as long as you are willing to relocate, with relocation package provided.
