We are a Managed IT Service Provider dedicated to empowering organizations by addressing their most significant IT challenges. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as an IT Systems Administrator (Level 3).


As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional IT services to our diverse client base. You will troubleshoot advanced issues, manage service desk requests, and ensure timely resolution of incidents, all while delivering outstanding customer service.


Details

  • Job title: IT Systems Administrator (Level 3)
  • Type: Full-Time. Independent Contractor.
  • Compensation: DOP$65,000 per month (base salary).
  • Location: Fully remote, work from home.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST).


Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • 5+ years of IT Systems Administration experience.
  • Higher education background (graduated or active).
  • Certifications highly desired.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection over fiber optics.
  • Dependable computer with up-to-date antivirus software.
  • Ability to maintain a noise-free workspace.
  • Noise-canceling headset.
  • Uninterrupted power source with backup batteries.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Manage & troubleshoot servers, Windows/Linux environments, and IT infrastructure.
  • User Management: Administer accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Security: Implement security measures, patch management, and compliance with HIPAA, SOC, & PCI DSS.
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery: Ensure data integrity & business continuity.
  • Cloud Services: Manage Azure & Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Scripting & Automation: Develop scripts to automate tasks.
  • Monitoring & Performance: Track system performance & optimize reliability.
  • Support & Documentation: Provide remote support, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with teams.
