Project Manager in IRELAND

Stelfox is partnering with an established SaaS based Digital platform provider, that utilised the power of bundling product and services through their marketplace platform for the benefit of their global Enterprise Tier 1 telco operator customers.

The digital platform is designed to help businesses experiment, monetise and orchestrate new digital services with a growing network of partners while taking advantage of technologies such as Cloud, IoT, AI and more.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will join the Project Management team that is part of the Professional Services Department, who manages the design and delivery of software solutions for clients in the IT & Telco space.

The role involves:

• Project planning, reporting, resource/Scope/Risk management on projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
• Coordinating between the project and internal/external stakeholders.
• Supporting the sales process and project initiation phase.
• Coordinating and collaborating with project team members to help achieve project goals and deadlines.

Preferred experience:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in IT or a similar field of study.
• 2 - 5 years experience in a similar project management type role aligned to either a software delivery or professional services department.
• Experience using tools such as Jira and confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Strong problem solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage complex task and be proactive in approach when coordinating with various parties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to software/solution delivery across Consulting, SaaS or Telco environment is an advantage (but not essential).
