ENTER THE GAME
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees. The Talent Acquisition specialist is also responsible to administer databases with candidate information. Ultimately, this role will help keep Betclic Group’s hiring process smooth and ensure the Company recruits and retains high-performing employees.
YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC
In this context, your duties are:
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, assisting with and coordinating the full cycle of recruitment and selection process, including attraction, screening applications, tracking and selection of new employees and liaising with recruitment agencies.
- Assisting with the preparation of job descriptions and job adverts, post and update roles on our ATS.
- Screening applications, liaising with hiring managers and candidates to set up interviews.
- Participating in interviews and providing advice to managers for junior, medium and senior roles as needed.
- Preparing of contracts and offers to send.
- Onboarding new employees with the HR Induction.
- Organising and leading of Interview Skills Training for managers and employees involved in recruitment.
- Following-up of monthly probationary review process. Issuing monthly report and ensuring completion of bi-monthly probationary review forms by line managers.
- Recording of submitted documentation.
- And any other duties as assigned by the Management according to business and team needs.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated HR professional, with strong ethic and interpersonal skills.
This role is for you if:
- You have Human Resources experience.
- You have at least 3 years In-house Recruitment Experience.
- You are organised and detailed oriented.
- You are a team player.
- You are dynamic, adaptable and have good time management skills.
- You are proficient in Office package & Outlook.
- You are fluent in English.
- Fluent in French is an asset.
- You have problem solving skills.
- You are familiar with social media, job boards and professional networks.
- You have experience working for an online digital based company (gaming operator would be an advantage).
- You have knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
