Resource Manager in PHILIPPINES

Salt is looking to hire a Resource Manager to join the Global Cybersecurity leader in Philippines for 11 months & rolling contract role. This role is 100% remote work in Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly Analysis of SFDC pipeline report and forecasting of human capital requirements to meet upcoming demand.
• Facilitate the fulfilment of staffing requests and prioritizing resource requests, working with Project Managers and other team members to ensure the right staff assignments are made in right timeframes
• Identify underutilized resources and raise attention to Project Managers and PS Managers for work assignment
• Lead/Attend Resource Staffing & Interlock status meetings -- prepare and distribute materials, and capture all follow-up actions and notes
• Assist in the creation of regular and ad hoc reports
• Analyse data and develop specialized reports on resource needs, conflicts and over/under allocations to drive better business practices and increased utilization
• Review and recommend modifications to internal processes as needed for project control, operations review, and Professional Services support
• Helps to maintain the Skills Matrix in the Professional Services Automation system; adding or removing skills as the business evolves.

Skills:

• 2+ years’ experience in Resource Management (preferably in a Professional Services environment)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Demand/Capacity Planning
• Deep understanding of Project Management methodology
• RMCP certification preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence others.
• Experience using a Professional Services Automation or PPM tool to manage projects and resources
• Ability to make assessment and judgment calls quickly and accurately.
• Advanced Excel Gsheet skills, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas
• Ability to create Salesforce reports in order to understand the demand pipeline
