Role Overview
As a Full-Stack & AI Developer (unpaid) at Gaddr, you will help design and develop scalable applications that leverage AI to deliver seamless, efficient, and secure experiences. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work on products that have real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development
- Build responsive, high-performing web applications using frameworks like React, Node.js, or Django.
- AI & Machine Learning
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for applications like personality analysis, trend forecasting, and more.
- API Design & Integration
- Create and maintain APIs to ensure reliable data exchange between various platforms and services.
- Collaboration
- Partner closely with UI/UX designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Optimization
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions for improved efficiency.
- Data Management
- Handle large datasets for analysis, model training, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience
- Proficiency in full-stack development (JavaScript, Python, or Ruby).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end systems (Node.js, Django, or Flask).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Bonus Points
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies.
