Overview

Onyx CenterSource is committed to enhancing its buyer and customer lifecycle content strategy. To achieve this, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to collaborate closely with our Digital Content Specialist and Performance Marketing team. The Graphic Designer will take ownership of creating compelling visual content, including web design, advertisements, social media assets, infographics, internal and external collateral, as well as video materials.

This role requires a creative professional with a proven ability to craft designs tailored to marketing campaigns, drive engagement strategies aligned with business objectives, and bring our vision for customer engagement to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of brand visual identity and positioning and will exhibit excellent judgment in delivering creative assets that support and optimize the content lifecycle.

Roles/ Responsibilities

• Serve as the custodian of Onyx’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and clarity across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Develop and document internal processes to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams to create diverse materials, such as imagery for web pages, videos, presentations, advertisements, collateral, signage, internal communications, creative for newsletters, and marketing assets.
• Interpret design briefs and conceptualize visuals that meet project objectives.
• Design illustrations, logos, and other graphics using creative software tools.
• Incorporate feedback effectively to ensure final graphics and layouts meet brand standards and project goals.
• Leverage market trends and design best practices to create innovative and engaging content.
• Partner with the Go-To-Market Enablement Manager to manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, optimizing the use of a content management platform.

Qualifications

Minimum required:

• 4+ years in graphic design within the B2B and/or technology fields.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and self-service design tools (E.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Sunday Sky)
• Experience collaborating with various marketing functions, including copywriters, campaign managers and event managers.
• Strong attention to detail and a sharp aesthetic sense.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industries such as hospitality, travel, meetings and events, or commission payments.
• Proven ability to map and optimize graphic content to the customer lifecycle and sales journey, especially within the hospitality sector.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana), WordPress, and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and measuring content impact and engagement.

Work associated with this position is sedentary in nature and performed indoors at a desk either remotely or in an office setting.
