About PayWith & IncumbentFI

PayWith and IncumbentFI Inc. are fintech innovation companies focusing on personalized financial services, giving users tailored options and full control over their finances.

Our platform was designed to engage, monetize, and track our customers’ card and consumer audiences better than any traditional payment processing engine on the market. We also provide program design, development, program set-up, regulatory & compliance as well as issuing processor and card issuer relationship management services.

We transform traditional cards which process against a single funding source into dynamic funding cards which can access multiple funding sources on a given transaction.

Our customers include card program operators with thousands to millions of cardholders and millions to billions of dollars in associated spend. Our platform enables these operators to create affiliate marketing coalitions with bricks & mortar merchants wishing to present marketing offers to their cardholder audiences. We allow card program operators to direct consumer traffic to offline merchants in a wholly accountable, quantifiable and monetizable manner.
