We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in translating legislative requirements into actionable strategies and ensuring seamless implementation within the PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM applications.
About the role:
As a
Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving organizational success by leveraging your expertise in
PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM to configure, analyze, and optimize system solutions. You will collaborate across teams, solve complex challenges, and support multiple initiatives concurrently.
This is a
fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere within the
United States.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Provide in-depth PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM expertise across multiple releases and industries
- Offer PeopleSoft-specific configuration knowledge across various modules
- Collaborate effectively with teams of varying experience levels
- Analyze and address complex problems requiring evaluation of multiple factors
- Exercise independent judgment in problem-solving, techniques, and approach
- Facilitate coordination among cross-functional team members
- Successfully manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Interpret and implement legislative changes within the PeopleSoft application
What we’re looking for:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM
- Extensive functional knowledge of PeopleSoft, including localizations, architecture, and key features
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to navigate complex and unfamiliar challenges through data-driven evaluation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum
- Developer experience (a plus, but not required)
- Payroll Professional certification (a bonus, but not essential)
