The Role

KPMG Malta is always seeking to recruit talented and motivated individuals to join its growing team of leading professionals. We are currently looking for a HR Senior Administrator – People Operations to provide a high standard of employee lifecycle and HR operations administrative support across the Crown Dependencies (“CDs”) working closely with all levels within the business to ensure quality service is delivered by the People Team in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

General HR

  • General HR activities include actively monitor HR mailboxes/ticketing system and action requests in line with SLAs
  • Support team with global initiatives
  • Manage small HR projects and provide support on more complex HR projects


Employment Administration

  • Prepare payroll files including processing of salary changes, additional payments, deductions from salary and in compliance with any applicable local legislation
  • Ensure all records in the HR information system (PeopleHR) are up to date and documentation is stored appropriately
  • Administer all HR operations processes including new hire process, onboarding process, offboarding process, virtual secondees, employment changes including the updating of data
  • Actively monitor People Team mailboxes and customer relationship management (CRM) system and action requests within a timely manner
  • Maintain TOIL and leave records
  • Administrative support to SuccessFactors systems (currently OPD and GLMS)


Acquisition and Onboarding

  • Principal point of contact from offer through to introduction to HRBP’s, escalating any issues to recruiter or management as necessary
  • Preparing offers of employment including terms and conditions
  • Liaise with local office People Team to prepare and request work permits and certificates of employment across the Crown Dependency islands
  • Participate in preparation of induction week planning for annual student intake

Requirements


  • 2-3 year’s HR experience in employment administration
  • Experience of managing projects
  • Have obtained a Level 3 qualification in CIPD or equivalent (but not mandatory)
  • Excellent people and communication skills both oral and written
  • Good organisational skills and time management
  • Excellent attention to detail
