Job Title: Software Engineer (C++)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Compensation: £125,000 - £250,000 plus bonuses (DOE)

A leading technology-focused and data-driven trading firm are looking for a talented software engineer (C++) to join their growing team in London.

This is a chance to become a part of a top team that is expanding and improving their state-of-the-art quantitative trading platform. This is a hands-on role, working closely with experienced PMs, quants, and engineers, acquiring priceless knowledge and expertise in all of the main financial markets. You will also have the ability to touch many areas of algorithmic trading.

Who you are:

• A software engineer with 4+ years professional experience with modern C++ (C++ 17 or later) in a Linux environment.
• Good understanding of what is happening behind the abstractions, i.e. CPU, memory, OS, network…
• Bachelor’s in mathematics, computer science or other quantitative field from a leading academic institution.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a quantitative trading environment desirable.
